We have recently been informed that the Co-op mode for Battlefield 3 will be released sometime between 17-20th of August. And is very exciting to know that Battlefield 3 will have more than just a Multiplayer and Campaign. This will give us more than one thing to play and will up it's chances to beat Call of Duty in the first-person shooter showdown.
All we know so far of the gameplay is it will be online so you don't have to have all the players on the same console. And that there will be 10 different maps to choose from. Most peoples guesses are that it will be similar to the gameplay in the current Co-op for BFBC2, Onslaught Mode. But with some upgraded features and of course better maps to play on.
