Battlefield 3 Assignments

Today DICE announced on their Battlefield Blog what exactly and what assignments there will be for BF3: Back to Karkand. There will be a total of 10 assignments and each assignment comes with a gun you unlock when the assignment is completed. Players will also receive dog tags for finishing assignments.


Here is the list of all the assignments that will be in Back to Karkand:

  • Best Friend Forever. Weapon Unlock: FAMAS
  • Fixing it. Weapon Unlock: MP5
  • Let It Rain. Weapon Unlock: QBB-95
  • Spec Ops. Weapon Unlock: QBU-88
  • Familiar Territory. Weapon Unlock: PP-19
  • Professional Russian. Weapon Unlock: L85
  • It Goes Boom. Weapon Unlock: QBZ-97 / Type-97
  • Keep Your Head Down. Weapon Unlock: MG36
  • Creeping Death. Weapon Unlock: L96
  • Scarred Veteran. Weapon Unlock: Jackhammer

That looks awesome! :D 10 new weapons and a new way to unlock them. I'm glad it's only for these guns and not the normal ones :)
To be honest I only know about the L96, MP5 and FAMAS from CoD, but I really can't wait to get this DLC 1 week early! :)

And the PP-19 from MW3 :P I'm sorry for the double post..

I'm kind of disappointed that it's not exactly the mp5. I think it's the HK 50? Yeah, looks the same but I want my mp5!

assignments, property and liability... that's why i adore BF3! btw, this site is turning out real handsome!!!
