IGN also asked EA for more info on this find, they replied with this statement:
"Frank was speaking broadly about the Battlefield brand - a brand that EA is deeply passionate about and a fan community that EA is committed to."

that's very exciting news to me... but please, please release BF4 for the PlayStation4! ;)
Wow...how? and why? In my opinion Battlefield 3 could last me at least 2 more years. And Battlefield 4 doesn't really sound that exciting, I am really excited, but this just seems really fast for me lol. As long as it doesn't become a CoD and I hope they'll release it on the next gen consoles with EVEN BETTER graphics and stuff, although I can't really imagine that and I'm not sure if that's really needed and they'd probably need to either make another engine or imrpove the current one, even though it's already really powerfull and stuff. Or they could make it PC only and make it superamazingness, even though I don't own a gaming PC...but who knows what will happen.
I hope they release both BF4 and BFBC3, don't care which one is next as long as it is an upgrade from BF3 and BFBC2.

Welp, looks like EA is gonna be the next Activision and milk the hell out of its biggest military shooter and degrade the series over time.
