Battlefield 3: Mystery Easter Egg on Back to Karkand

FPSWin found another strange Easter egg on Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand Gulf of Oman, but this time it isn't a dinosaur, but a strange figure. There are numbers people saying its a man reading a book, others jokingly (hopefuly) say that it looks like someone with a gun, fending of a dino.
I still haven't figured out what it really looks like. Tell us in the comments below what you think this mysterious thing is. Have a nice day and happy holidays!

Battlefield 2143 Hinted in Battlefield 3 Easter Egg

Today BF3Blog found a Easter egg on Wake Island that could hint us at DICE's next Battlefield game. Printed on the side of a HESCO Bastion (Picture below if you don't recognize the name of this device), is the number "2143", most likely translating into Battlefield: 2143
HESCO Bastion
DICE is known for putting many Easter eggs in their games either for fun, or to hint upcoming games. Such as when they put Easter eggs on Battlefield 2: Euro Forces and Armored Fury Expansions, hinting at Battlefield: 2142. Which as we now know did come true years later.

Another hint that Battlefield: 2143 will be the next game in the Battlefield series is a pattern that DICE potentially is taking. A core Battlefield game, a 2100s game, one or two Bad company games, then repeat. For all we know this might be what DICE is trying to accomplish.

Only in the next year or two will we find out if this Easter egg really hints us to the announcement of Battlefield: 2143. Follow our RSS feed, Facebook, or Twitter to see what else we uncover from this mystery. Have a nice day and happy holidays!

Battlefield 3: T-Rex Easter Egg on Wake Island

Ever since a couple months ago, when Gustav Halling tweeted the 4chan post by activision, with trolls saying MW2 needed dinosaurs, after that people have been obsessed with imaginary game modes like dino survival mode, ect. But the T-rex has still been part of the game, with your character holding it in the beginning scene of Thunder Run on Single-player, or with the dog tags or xbox avatar prop.

But now the T-rex is actually in the game, no, not as in a real one, but a toy one on the shores of Wake Island as a Easter Egg for Back to Karkand. It can be interesting to look at, but nothing you can gain from finding it. Just another addition to the game to make you smile a bit. Tell us what you think about this little Easter egg in the comments below. Have a nice day!

Battlefield 3: All Known Back to Karkand Easter Eggs

Since the released of PS3 Back to Karkand expansion, people have randomly found some Easter eggs on some of the maps. While we have not uncovered all of them, and you can email video to us at news[at]battlefieldlog.com, we have found some interesting ones that we would like to show you.

Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand Wake Island Veteran Monument

Since Back to Karkand has been released on PS3 we have learned a lot about the maps. But this is a little interesting. Players have found a monument on the map reading,
“To those who fought here in 1942, BF2, 2142, and 1943 we are grateful”
  -DICE
This is really nice for DICE to add this in the game to thank the players that have been with them since the beginning. Tell us what you think about this in the comments below. Have a nice game day!

Thanks to mp1st for finding this
